Moxxi's Endowment is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from The Tink-Train located in Guts of Carnivora on Pandora.

Moxxi's Endowment grants three of the following bonuses.
- Combat XP
- Elemental chance
- Elemental resistance
- Luck
- Movement speed
- Max health
- Shield capacity
- Weapon-type specific damage
Additional Effects[]
- Atom Balm
Increases radiation aura damage, burst damage and burst radius. - Ice Spiker
Adds cryo to slams. Increases slam damage and radius. Fires 3 cryo projectiles that damage and pass through enemies. - Mind Melt
Adds a radiation aura to slams and follows the character. Increased slam radius. - Knife Drain
Adds lifesteal to all melee hits, returning 75% of damage dealt as health - Last Stand
Temporary invulnerability when health drops below 50%. - Spark Plug
Slam plants an electrified coil that does shock damage to nearby enemies. - Loot Expanding
Increases the amount of cash, health and ammo received from pickups. - Cutpurse
Dealing melee damage replenishes ammo.
