Miscreant is a legendary pistol in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof, and is exclusive to the Bounty of Blood DLC for Borderlands 3.
It can be obtained from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from The Quartermaster in Bloodsun Canyon.
Special Weapon Effects
Why waste time shoot lot gun when few gun do trick? – Fires zip rocket. Alternate firing mode empties the whole magazine with single trigger pull.
Usage & Description
Miscreant can deal very high burst damage with the alternate firing mode, but it is inaccurate because it fires zip rockets instead of conventional bullets. It pairs exceptionally well with characters having bonus splash damage.
