Mind Melt is a common artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian.

Imbue slam with radiation. Slam triggers a radiation aura that follows the character and damages nearby enemies.

The Mind Melt artifact grants:
- Slam Bonus Damage
- Increased Slam Radius
- Aura duration
The Mind Melt artifact also grants random combination of up to three bonus buffs.
