Miasmic Mail is the title of a legendary armor class in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Swifft. It was introduced with the Glutton's Gamble PRC.
It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Imelda the Sand Witch located in Dreamveil Overlook.

Illimitable dominion over all. – Killing an enemy increases Status Effect Chance by 74% for 6s. Additionally, the Miasmic Mail passively increases Status Effect Damage by +45%.
