The Messy Breakup is a legendary shield in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Dahl. The Messy Breakup drops from GenIVIV during the quest The Family Jewel.
Special Weapon Effects
It's complicated. – You are accompanied by a small drone that will fire at enemies. When your shield breaks, a temporary drone will come to your aid. Chance to reflect projectiles when shielded. Crouching projects a shield as long as the character's shield is charged. Attacks that hit the projected shield drains the character's shield.
