Meat Head is a unique Badass lunatic in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel first encountered during the mission Rough Love, at Triton Flats. He is initially friendly, but will become hostile during the course of the mission.
Involvement
Meat Head is the first of Nurse Nina's suitors during the mission Rough Love. He is initially friendly to the Vault Hunters, and overjoyed by Nina's advances, but Nina instructs the Vault Hunters to test his strength by trying to kill him, at which point he becomes hostile.
After the mission, Meat Head will continue to spawn near the same location, and will be technically hostile, though he tends to ignore the Vault Hunters until fired upon.

- Although technically a Badass lunatic, Meat head never make use of jetpacks he is equipped with.
- Meat Head has an increased chance to drop the Meat Grinder.
Trivia
- He is a reference to Bone Head that was in Borderlands 1 and in Borderlands 2 as Bone Head 2.0.
