Masterwork Handbow is a legendary pistol in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Blackpowder.
It is available as a world drop, but has an increased chance to fall from Captain Swallow in the Overworld.
Special Weapon Effects[]
Mercy like a gun. – On a critical hit, ricochets six bolts out at nearby enemies and returns one bullet into the magazine.
Usage & Description[]
Due to its effect, this weapon is best used against enemies with easy to hit crit spots or builds with a high random crit chance. The returned bullet doesn't reduce the ammo reserves, giving it an effectively endless magazine as long as the effect triggers. However, since its magazine size is limited to one and crossbolts have a rather slow travel time, the effect may not trigger before the reload animation is already underway if the target was too far away.
The Masterwork Handbow synergizes well with the Stabbomancer's From the Shadows Action Skill, which guarantees critical hits while active, triggering the effect on every hit.
While focusing down high priority targets like Badasses or Bosses, the ricochets will more then likely take care of weaker enemies as well. This also makes it easy to randomly make a Death Save while in Save Your Soul.
