Manual Transmission operates in a fashion typical for weapons manufactured by Skuldugger as it quickly overheats and breaks. In normal firing mode only the upper rotating barrel is used. Changing firing mode right before the weapon would break increases its fire rate and prevents it from breaking. Mode change, when executed correctly, increases weapon's fire rate. This can be repeated number of times, increasing the fire rate with each change.

Changing firing mode imperfectly can sometimes result in the weapon to returning to its original fire rate but not overheating anymore.
Right time to change firing mode is when font color of the remaining ammo turns red.
Hotfix 04.21.2022: Heat gauge would not appear on the Manual Transmission, making it hard to see when to shift gears.
Hotfix 04.28.2022: +15% Damage, +20% Mode Swap Speed, +30% Minimum Fire Rate, The initial fire rate starts faster to do damage sooner.
