MSRC Auto-Dispensary is a unique shield in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. It is obtained from the mission Healers and Dealers located in Meridian Outskirts, if the medical supplies are paid for.
Special Weapon Effects
Better living through medical science. – When damaged, has a 35% chance to drop an Upper or Downer pill. Both pills have a variety of effects.
Usage & Description
- Upper pill (green) lasts for 8 seconds with effects listed below:
- Effect: Increased move speed, fire rate, and health regeneration
- Side Effect: Decreased damage, accuracy, and handling
- Downer pill lasts for 8 seconds with effects listed below:
- Effect: Increased damage, damage reduction, and reload speed
- Side Effect: Constantly lose health
Notes
- The MSRC Auto-Dispensary is given if Vault Hunters opt to pay for the supplies. If they threaten Hardin to get the supplies, the shield is not given.
