MSRC Auto-Dispensary is a unique shield in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. It is obtained from the mission Healers and Dealers located in Meridian Outskirts, if the Vault Hunter pays Hardin for the medical supplies.

Better living through medical science. – When damaged, has a 35% chance to drop an Upper or Downer pill. Both pills have a variety of effects.
Usage & Description[]
- Both pills have a duration of 8 seconds.
- Upper pill (green):
- Effect: Increased move speed, fire rate, and health regeneration
- Side Effect: Decreased damage, accuracy, and handling
- Downer pill:
- Effect: Increased damage, damage reduction, and reload speed
- Side Effect: Constantly lose health
Notes[]
- The Downer Pill's health loss effect continues even after Moze enters Iron Bear and should it deplete her health, she will be ejected and enter Fight For Your Life.
- Both pills are considered as shield boosters by the game and count towards the "A Little Pick-Me-Up" challenge.
