MISTER TORGUE is the titular character in Borderlands 2's second DLC Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage
On November 15TH, 2012 MISTER TORGUE hacked Gaige'S twitter account @ECHOcasts, and posted a picture of himself on pandora, setting up what he calls "CAMPAIGN OF CARNAGE".
