Location 1: Second New-U Station

As you come from the Transit Point from The Arid Badlands or the Fast Travel station, a path is ahead of you. Walk down it. As you get to the end of it, Larva Crab Worms should be there or appear out of the ground. You can kill these if you want or you can keep going down. As you come to an intersection, take the left path. The right path is where lots of Alpha Skags hang around and not where the weapons crate is. As you take the left, you should come up to another intersection. The left is clearly a dead end (but no weapons crate down there), so take a right. As you keep walking, you should meet a small hill going up to the right. Go up there. As you round the bend, the weapon crate should be visible next to a New-U Station.
