Looter Psychos are COV enemies encountered in Borderlands 3.

Strategy
Loot Psychos are non-combatant units and will try to run away from Vault Hunters. While running or being shot at, they constantly drop some cash. If killed, large quantities of cash, Eridium bars, and other loot—including that of the Legendary rarity—can be had. Given the opportunity and using the gear strapped to their bodies, Looter Psychos will create a portal and vanish from the scene.
Notes
- Area between the Moxxi's Bar and The Plant in the Lectra City is where they spawn quite frequently.
- On Mayhem and True Vault Hunter modes they are renamed to Pillaging Maniac.
