Loaded Dice is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian.
Special Effects
Feelin' Lucky? – Reduces health by 75%. Substantially increases Luck.
Usage & Description
The Loaded Dice increases the user's chance of finding rarer items from any suitable loot source, but reduces their max health in return, making the user more vulnerable to being crippled and more reliant on their shield for survivability. The Luck bonus stacks with other boosts, but does not affect them.
The Loaded Dice is excellent for farming bosses or rare enemies (e.g. Badass, Anointed or rare spawns) which drop better loot than common enemies.
The Loaded Dice does not affect shields, so users that can achieve high shield capacity (such as Moze) can effectively ignore the penalty.

Notes
- The max health bonus provides a flat bonus to health, mitigating the health penalty of the relic.
- The artifact will affect Moze's Thin Red Line as the skill takes from max health to add shields, and since this artifact lowers max health rather than reserving it, it will result in her having lower shields.
Trivia
- The name refers to a loaded (also known as a weighted or crooked) die, which has been purposely tampered with so that it will land on one side more often than a fair die would.
