The Lightning Bolt is a unique grenade mod manufactured by Maliwan. It appears exclusively in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. The Lightning Bolt can be dropped from Sorcerers, and Necromancers, as well as their badass variants. It also has a chance to drop from the Handsome Dragon.

Special Effects

What's a jigawatt?  – Always Shock. Regenerates grenade ammo over time. Shoots straight forward with a lightning graphic and explodes on impact. Character may shout "Lightning Bolt!" and a custom throwing sound will be heard after use while playing in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep.

Notes

• With a Lightning Bolt equipped, Axton says the words, "Lightning Bolt!" when tossing his Sabre Turret.
• Chain Lightning is the upgraded version.

• The name of the grenade is a reference to a spell in Dungeons & Dragons.
• The flavor text is a reference to the movie Back to the Future, where a lightning bolt is said to produce light energy measured to 1.21 gigawatts.
• The phrase, "lightning bolt" is a reference to a Youtube videoin which contains a reenactment of a LARP ogre battle.[1]
• With Lightning Bolt equipped, Axton may also shout "Lightning Bolt!" when he deploys his Sabre Turret.
