Lectra City is a location on the planet of Promethea in Borderlands 3.

Lectra City is a small island town outside Meridian City with the only ways to it are by a highway (formerly) or subway. Lectra City appears to be a system of apartments, restaurants, power plant and the outside area is not filled with water, it’s toxic.
