Lance Rocketeers are Lance soldiers equipped with a jet backpack allowing flight, and appear in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx. Shooting their jetpack enough will cause it to explode, killing them. Badass rocketeers tend to have Rocket Launchers or Pounders.
