Juno is a NPC in the Bounty of Blood DLC.
Background
Once a member of Devil Riders, Juno "the Hatchet" was once a formidable foe to residents of Vestige, but she has honour. Kills only for survival and not enjoyment, she betrayed the gang when Butcher Rose had taken over and ordered the people of Vestige to be slaughtered.
Involvement
After her betrayal to the gang, she lives in an isolated area in Vestige as most Vestige residents still distrust her with Sheriff being the only exception.
In the invasion of Devil Riders, with his last breath the sheriff asks Vault Hunter to deliver his badge to Juno and appoints her to be the new sheriff. She takes responsibility despite the disagreement of Titus, and gives direction to Vault Hunter to pursuit Butcher Rose and the stone.
After Butcher Rose gathers enough core for the biological weapon inside the stone and causes a gigantic explosion, Juno, Titus and Herb assist Vault Hunter to hunt down Rose. She is injured in the heat of fight but is saved by Titus. Finally acknowledging Titus as her deputy, they fight together until Vault Hunter eventually catch up to Rose and defeat her and the Ruiner.
She is last seen celebrating with the Vestige residents and Titus, gaining their trust finally.

- She is referred as "the Hatchet" as she uses it as her signature weapon. After she betrayed the Devil Riders, Rose puts a bounty on her head and offers more reward if one manages to kill her with her own hatchet.
