Jelly is legendary grenade ordnance in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Ripper. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Splashzone located in Riptide Grotto - Point of Interest, Coastal Bonescape in The Fadefields on Kairos.
