Ipswitch Dunne is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.
Involvement
Ipswitch Dunne is one of Devil Riders' lieutenants and can be found in a camp located between the Fort Kickwater and Saurdew Valley Ranch in The Blastplains.
According to Juno, he used to specialize in runnin' down deserters from the gang.
