The Infinity is a Legendary Machine pistol manufactured by Vladof. It is only in Borderlands 2.
Special Weapon Effects
It's closer than you think! (no it isn't) – Scope zoom increase, possible accuracy reduction while zoomed. Recoil is in a fixed infinity symbol pattern. Shots fired cost no ammo.

- The Infinity is an uncommon drop from Doc Mercy in Three Horns - Valley. He can be farmed after completing the mission Medical Mystery.
Trivia
- This weapon has a unique design in the sense of an infinity symbol (∞) on its barrel.
- The shot pattern is also in the shape of an infinity sign.
- This weapon only has one bullet in the magazine, So every shot is eligible for the 0ne Sh0t 0ne Kill Zer0 ability.
- Having even one rank in Gaige's "Smaller, Lighter, Faster" trait, in the first tier of the anarchy tree, causes your magazine size to go down by one leaving infinity with a magazine size of 0, making it unusable. Having more than one rank in this trait does not lower the magazine size below 0. Other weapons that have a normal magazine size of 4 or less are not reduced to zero but are instead capped at a minimum magazine size of 1. This is presumed to be a bug and may be fixed in future updates.
