I Am Rubber, You Are Glue is a tier 4 skill in Claptrap's Boomtrap skill tree. When Claptrap kills an enemy, there is a chance bullets will deflect off him towards enemies, as well as unlocking the ACTION PACKAGE Torgue Fiesta for VaultHunter.EXE.
