ICE Loaders are enemies encountered in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC for Borderlands 3.

Strategy
ICE Loaders wield cryo cannon in their right arm and their left arm is equipped with a grenade launcher. In the backpack there's a cryo unit which powers the primary weapon.
Cryo cannon has two modes: cryo stream sprayed in a sweeping arc at close range and a large cryo ball which explodes on impact at medium range. If enemy gets close enough, they attack with an over-the-shoulder melee with their primary weapon. Grenades are always equipped with cryo accessory. Cryo backpacks can be destroyed rendering ICE Loader's primary weapon useless.
All four limbs can be shot off and if that happens, ICE Loader will continue attacking using continuous laser beam from its optic sensor located in the center of the upper torso. Optic sensor and limb joints are critical hit points. ICE Loaders are never equipped with shields and are vulnerable to corrosive damage.
