Effect	Melee Override. Dealing Explosive damage adds a stack of Hyperion Punch. Once you have 5 stacks, press [melee] to throw a punch that deals bonus Incendiary Damage and consumes all stacks. Bonus damage increases with rank.

Hyperion Punch is a tier 5 skill in Claptrap's Boomtrap skill tree. When Claptrap gains five stacks of Hyperion Punch, a special Incendiary Damage replaces the default melee attack.

Notes

• Kills with Hyperion Punch are treated as Rocket Launcher kills.

Trivia

• This skill is a reference to the Falcon Punch, an attack used by Captain Falcon in the Super Smash Bros. series. In addition, the dialogue Claptrap shouts when using this skill is similar to what Captain Falcon shouts upon performing this attack, for example; 'Show me what ya got!' references the line, 'Show me your moves!' which Captain Falcon says upon taunting.
• Hyperion Punch does not receive melee, grenade, explosive, or rocket launcher damage bonuses. Hyperion Punch is only boosted by Incendiary damage bonuses. (tested via subroutines)
