Hot Mama is an effervescent sniper rifle in Borderlands 2 manufactured by Jakobs. The Hot Mama is dropped by Lt. Hoffman in Mt. Scarab Research Center.

Special Weapon Effects

Sniper is a lonely occupation. – Always Incendiary. Unique voice module. Increased damage, accuracy, reload speed and magazine size. Bolt action fire rate. All parts are fixed. Projectiles resemble that of a regular E-Tech sniper dragging a trail of purple hearts on either side of the bullet path.

Notes

Hot Mama has a unique firing sound not shared with any other weapon in the entire game. It is similar to Plasma Casters but not entirely the same.
The Hot Mama can only spawn with a Maliwan sight, a Dahl grip, and the bladed accessory.
The Hot Mama has the uncommon characteristic of being a Jakobs weapon with an elemental capacitor.
The Hot Mama has perfect accuracy when zoomed in making it very useful when playing as Gaige with a large amount of Anarchy (Gaige) stacks.
