Hot Drop is a unique rocket launcher in Borderlands 3 manufactured by COV. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Hot Karl located in Devil's Razor on Pandora.

We are coming out hot. – Creates a pool of magma that deals incendiary damage and launches 2 child projectiles. These projectiles fly into the air before falling back down and create extra magma pools where they land.

- The Hot Drop uses a modified version of the It's Poop! weapon skin.
- This skin is shared with the Porta-Pooper 5000.
