Holy Grail is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. It is exclusive to the Designer's Cut DLC and is obtained randomly anywhere inside of Stormblind Complex but has an increased chance to drop in the Dreadnought Drydock red chests.

The prefix will determine how powerful the passive health bonus and regen is, with no prefix giving a +10% max health and 1% health regen. A Percival's Holy Grail gives a +20% max health bonus and 2% max health regen while a King Arthur's Holy Grail gives a +30% max health bonus and 3% max health regen.
