Holey Spell-nade is a unique spell book in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Wyrdweaver.
It is A Knight's Toil quest reward but can later on be purchased from vending machines.

Blow thine enemies to tiny bits. – Always fire. Casting the Holey Spell-nade, shoots a sticky flare that explodes after a short delay, spawning 2 or 3 child flares that explode.
