Holey-Man is the title of a group of common pistols in Borderlands 3 that are manufactured by COV.
Usage & Description
The Holey-Man's fire rate is variable due to being a multi-barreled weapon. It starts out slow, and gradually accelerates to the fire rate stated on the weapon card.
