Hodunk Skullsplitters are armed with barbed clubs, and usually provide the front line of any Hodunk group. They are only encountered in Hodunk Holler part of the Rotgut Distillery.

Strategy
Hodunk Skullsplitters charge into battle to swing their barbed clubs at targets when they reach melee range. They will occasionally roll their way out of the line of fire but never seek cover even when hurt. They will not be deterred by attacks from Vault Hunters and will continue to melee attack their target at close range until they are killed.
Notes
- They use the same phrases as common Psychos.
- In True Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Hodunk Noggin Thumper, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Hodunk Mellon Stomper
