The Hex is a legendary grenade mod in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Atlas.

Special Weapon Effects

Keeper of the stars, I hope to never find... – Homing grenade that targets the closest enemy and generates an elemental coil.

The Hex is capable of a high damage per second and can take down durable enemies with ease.

The Hex has 3 possible prefixes: MIRV, Mitosis, and Recurring.
- MIRV causes the grenade to split into 3 on impact.
- Mitosis causes the grenade to split into 2 shortly after being thrown.
- Recurring has the effects of both MIRV and Mitosis.

The flavor text is a line from the song "All Bodies" by Between the Buried and Me.
