Heavyweight Harker is a respawnable boss encountered in the Designer's Cut, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.

Strategy
Heavyweight Harker begins the fight protected by a shield and an armor bar, and riding a Nullhound. Throughout the fight he will periodically summon weaker enemies.
While his shield is active, Harker will use shock attacks. Once his shield and armor are depleted, his Nullhound mount will die and he will continue the fight on foot. During this phase, he will periodically summon Harker's Hound.
