Heavyweight is a legendary Armor Shield in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Vile Prototype located in Windspear at Lictor's Black Site in the Terminus Range.

We called that "The Stinger".
- Bareknuckle – On Melee Hit, consumes an Armor Segment to grant +100% Melee Damage. When Armor Shield is empty, grants +50% Melee Damage.
Trivia[]
- The flavor text quotes the character Moe in The Simpsons episode "The Homer They Fall", where he refers to a boxing glove with barbed wire wrapped around the knuckles.
Change History[]
- The November 20, 2025 patch fixed this shield so that it wouldn't lose functionality when activating Amon's Onslaughter skill.
