Heartphage is a powerful and aggressive Coiled who tends to stay at range and uses a Ward, she is often covered with a blue water coating, reducing all incoming damage. Her attacks include:
Spear throw - hurls an electric spear that deals massive damage and is capable of bouncing off surfaces
Water Spit - When covered in a blue water aura, Heartphage will spit the water toward the Fatemaker, losing the aura and creating a puddle that will summon three blue Shadow Spearmaidens. This cannot be done again until she regenerates her aura.
Spear Slam - Heartphage will slam her spear into the ground creating a shockwave that damages those nearby.
Heartphage will occasionally, only be partially covered by the blue water coating.

Once the Queen of Atlantis, the ancient daemon-fiend known as Heartphage was punished by the Coiled Goddesses for helping Salissa.
Heartphage is cursed with guarding Salissa's legendary bident, Tidesorrow.
