Hard Reboot is a unique pistol manufactured by Maliwan added in Claptastic Voyage. Hard Reboot is obtained from the mission Chip's Data Mining Adventure located in Cluster 00773 P4ND0R4, by siding with Shame.
Special Weapon Effects
Have you tried turning it off then back on again? – Always shock. Increased bullet damage and elemental effect damage. Wide-radius shock elemental effect upon impact.
Usage & Description
Though the pistol is relatively slow firing, its powerful mandatory shock accessory with splash damage proves useful in combat with heavily shielded opponents attacking in packs.
