Hail is a Unique Assault Rifle of Vladof manufacture in Borderlands 2.

What play thing can you offer me today? – It displays Moxxi graphics on the weapon, and can change its elemental effect as well as stats. Even though it is a combat rifle, it fires explosive mortar type rounds at an arched angle.
