Hades' Shackles is a tier 6 skill in Athena's Ceraunic Storm skill tree. This skill augments Athena's Slam capabilities.

- Maelstrom Stacks +20 per target
- Tether Duration: 3 seconds
Notes[]
- Hades' Shackles does negligible damage on all difficulties but is useful for adding Maelstrom stacks when performed on large groups of enemies.
