The Gunerang is a Legendary Pistol manufactured by Tediore. Gunerang is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Rakkman located in The Fridge.

Give it a burl. – When reloaded it is thrown like a boomerang and chases whatever target is closest. If there is no target to chase it returns to you and explodes behind you.
Usage & Description
The Gunerang is noticeably different in design to other Tediore weapons. It sports a burlwood finish with a black trim covered in red and yellow tribal designs. Its stats are decent for a Tediore Handgun, damage generally being superior to a purple Handgun of the same level, but its main use is its unique reload. In addition to dealing much more damage than usual Tediore reload attacks, it homes in on the enemy. The only drawback to this is that it can take much longer for the reload attack to connect as opposed to direct-throw attacks of common Tediore weapons.

- The tribal design of the Gunerang is based on the design of traditional Australian Aboriginal boomerangs.
- The flavor text is Australian slang ("Strine") for "have a go" or "try it".
