Ghast Call is a legendary grenade mod exclusive to the Bloody Harvest seasonal event for Borderlands 3 and is manufactured by Torgue. It is exclusive to the Bloody Harvest seasonal event and can drop from Captain Haunt located in Heck or Loot Ghosts.

Special Weapon Effects[]

To you I am past, a story to tell. – Always corrosive. Greatly increased damage. Launches a ghast skull that explodes on impact with an enemy, spawning a ghast rift which summons homing ghast skulls. More ghast skulls will spawn from the rift as the character's Terror Level increases.

Usage & Description[]

As each ghast skull will deal the amount of damage listed on the item card, the Ghast Call is a very powerful grenade mod with a damage output that can be several times larger than an equivalent common grenade with a Divider or MIRV prefix.

Notes[]

  • The homing ghast skulls have a limited range. If no enemies are in range, the skulls will fly around aimlessly.
  • Some Ghast Call grenades were bugged and had an invisible texture for the body for the first several weeks of the event, as seen in the image on this page. This was later fixed.
  • Ghast Skulls can be difficult to tell from the regular green enemy homing skulls that seek out the character. The only difference is that the skulls from the grenade are smaller.
  • While the Ghast Call does receive Mayhem Mode scaling, it currently does not spawn with any anointed effects regardless of Mayhem level.
  • Occasionally, while using the Peregrine class mod, the grenade dropped from the rakk will spawn dozens of skulls. It's unknown what causes this, but it appears to happen more often after the rakk hit a badass enemy or when it touches a boss's corpse (such as Scraptrap Prime)
