Not sorry, not sorry, not sorry. – Always cryo. No charge-up time. Alternative firing mode fires ice spikes that consume 4 ammo per shot. Has a chance to deal increased critical hit damage on a frozen enemy when the firing mode is switched.
Usage & Description
Almost all of the Frozen Devil's damage is done through the alternative firing mode (the "Ice Spike"), and the main cryo beam should be used to freeze the enemy to make Ice Spike critical hits easier as well as to take advantage of the gun's bonus critical hit damage while frozen.
The firing modes for the Frozen Devil are labeled as "Cryogenic" and "Ice Spike".
The special effect and flavor text are a reference to Mei in Overwatch with one of her voice lines being "Sorry! Sorry! I'm sorry-sorry…" and her Endothermic Blaster having similar modes.
The name of the gun may be a reference to the characterization of Mei by fans of the game as a cold-blooded monster, despite her kind and happy-go-lucky personality in animated shorts and voice lines.
