Freddie is an NPC and, as Freddie the Traitor later, the secondary antagonist in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot.
Background
At the end of The Plan, Moxxi offered Freddie to become the Head of Reconstruction and Maintenance under the new management. Apparently, Pretty Boy's offer was so much better that he decided to switch sides.
Involvement
As a respawnable mission-boss, Freddie the Traitor is sent to kill the vault hunters in the story mission All Bets Off but is ultimately killed. Pretty boy then tells them he served his purpose and that they did him a favor.

Notes
- Freddie the Traitor has an increased chance of dropping the legendary class mod St4ckbot and the legendary sniper rifle AutoAimè.
- As of the level cap increase from level 53 to 57, Freddie's level is currently bugged due to it being programmed to scale to a maximum of 53. As a result, Freddie will always end up spawning at level 2 regardless of the character's level and can be quickly killed.
