Yeah that's fine.
The formula for health is "15(n-1) + 100", n being your level. At level 61, your health should be 1000. Things that can change this are Brick's Hardened skill, a shield with health boost, or Brick's Titan and Berserker mods, boosting only his health, and his Centurion and Skirmisher mods, both boosting team health. -Spoonification
And Roland's Fitness skill increases max health
