I wuz using roland and playin the 2nd playthrough.
i found my shield suddenly haz 160SP so i checked my BP.
when i found my ye olde Fast healing shield is gone.(80SP)
but is replaced with something called TAG TAG.
STAT[]
i checked this stuff and press o.(ps3)
so the TAG TAG stuff goes to my bag but at the upgrade (SDU) part.
The stat is
NAME:TAG TAG
DESC: 160%
So i pressed o and guess what happen.My hp have been multiply by 160 and i got 160 creds.
i can use it whenever i want and again and again.
i though it was a permanent item so i keep usin it till my HP is about 2543985++
Im usin Roland so it can be a deadly combination 5% HP per sec.
But,it was not infinite.i've use it for a week or so,than its depleted
So my conclusion is it a randomly generated item or is it one of the Boderland secret.
It's a modded item, one unintended for use in Borderlands. Essentially, you are cheating by using it, even if you don't intend to. And yes, modded items exist on the PS3 and after patch 1.3.0. --
