Can someone please tell me if there are any unscoped sniper rifles in the game other than unique quest rewards such as Whitting's Elephant Gun?
Basically I'm asking if anyone has ever found an unscoped sniper rifle as a random loot drop?

i've played over 80 hours and the only other one i've found is the non-scoped variant of the alien sniper rifle, there is of course MANY 1.0x zoom rifles which are just as useless Cmd_Bash Nov. 8/09
Only ever seen the elephant gun that you get from killing the Super Skag thing.
As of now the only notable no-scope sniper rifles are the elephant gun and the rider.
Saw 1 unscoped sniper rifles before , but I didn't use it so I sold it :) . But anyway , if a sniper rifle don't have a scope , then will people call it sniper ?
Well, a sniper is any type of gun that can be used for long range combat. i've seen a shotgun that is used as a sniper. However, i sold that shotgun
Sharpshooters existed long before scope sights ;) I had an unscoped sniper rifle around level 10 and I used it too for some time as it was the best ranged weapon I had at that time. Worked well enough.
