So as it says, "Super Marcus Sweep Help" I have completed the mission prior to that one, which allowed me to go back into the vault for the item sweep, now that I'm on this one. The door that you must enter the code to, is already opend and the second door that I have to enter to get to the vault is closed..And I have no idea what to do; I think that in order for me to possible to this, would be for someone who needs the quest and I join in on it. Out of the people above, If you re visit post your gamer tags here, we would only need 3 more people, one of you would have to host because I can't host more than one person with out major lag for the nd guy. But I would guess, some one would need to get the quest active then we would need to help them complete it, as they complete it then we would unlock it too because they would be able to re enter the vault. - EdwardXVI
