Hello There,
i cannot go to jakobs cave, i even deleted all the borderlands saves, gamedata and the DLC, installed it again i even had to download the DLC again. I started again with playing i'm currently at level 23 and i just unlocked the fast travel pole, i'm in new haven but no cave what the hell is going on, i bought the DLC on the 24th of october anyone with the same issue or anybody know a solution

I don't know if this helps, but when I got the DLC, I had finished the game already and I was into the second playthrough. The fast travel entry for Jakob's Cove was at the very bottom. So if you're only at New Haven on the first playthrough, Jakob's Cove might not show up. Pdboddy 14:06, December 24, 2009 (UTC)
i personally don't have ps3 however what i have read jacobs cove should appear at anytime after you have completed the first 5 or so missions, it would be the only place you can fast pass to at that time and the enemies auto scale to your level, so it doesn't seem that to be your trouble, just one question though did you buy it or are you trying to download someones save to get there? If you got the DLC to work it should load up an message before the intro that says something like <you have successfully installed The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned> (not these exact words, as i cant remember what it says, but you get the idea), you need to install patch 1.10 (i dont think you need to install 1.01 patch beforehand thou i`m not entirely sure, if it isnt a patch available for the PS3, then i`m sorry for not being able to help you with your problem), before you install the DLC, atleast for the pc, I apologize if you have done it already AstaLionX 06:34, December 25, 2009 (UTC)

it said that the DLC is succesfull installed. i also installed a patch i don't know which patchversion but the ps3 gets the newest one. i'm currently at level 26 and i'm at krom's canyon. And still no DLC is there someway to get my money back if i can't play it why should i pay it?
