I am not able to access my preorder content :( Or maybe I just don't know how. I preordered BL2 from Gamestop, installed via DVD and Steam, entered my codes for TCSD and the Premiere Club into Steam, and Steam shows that I have those two DLCs, but when I load up the game, it shows that they are "Purchased", but "Not Downloaded" :( I tracked down, on the internet, the method for getting the Golden Key, I believe, which was signing up for Gearbox Shift. Aside from that, I don't have any golden guns, vault relic, or TCSD. Anyone else? Drinfernoo (talk) 12:24, September 18, 2012 (UTC)

game has a UI for GBXshft. this is something we need an account for in addition to steam, psn, live. make an account w/ a valid email address an it should enable pre purchase perquisites. if not post back and well take another look.   Dr. F            16:10, September 18, 2012 (UTC)

I did the Gearbos Shift thing, and it did unlock a golden key. The next time you load up a character (any character, since the keys are shared), it says "blah blah blah, you've got a golden key". However, the DLC is still showing up as "Not Downloaded". Also, I tried the codes I got from Gamestop in the Gearbox Shift UI, and they are invalid there, so probably that UI is for something else entirely. Well, upon playing for 7 hours, and then napping for 4, "Borderlands 2: Creature Dome" and "Borderlands 2: Premiere Club" show up in my Steam library. However, when I look under Downloadable Content in-game, it says "Unable to enumerate the Downloadable Content offrings. Please try again later." Drinfernoo (talk) 19:46, September 18, 2012 (UTC)

Deleted them from my local Steam stuff, restarted Steam, restarted game, now they say "Installed" :)
