I need a hand. I was trying to edit my blog post for picture requests when the new editor completely screwed things up. I have noticed it acting up at certain times, is anyone else encountering problems? It seems especially wonky when it comes to tables. Also, when I try to enter a section link using the link button it only wants a page name and wont accept the #section part. Anyone else noticing any problems? Updated: While creating the new page 'Health Kit' I had the rte freak out again. I was able to copy the uncorrupted source and save it to show properly. As I was creating the page I did several previews as I worked in 'source' and 'rte' mode. Everything was going fine until I made some changes to a table while in RTE mode, once I hit preview again is when it injected html markup and %20 etc characters. I'm not too sure, I've had a few issues with tables myself -- be sure to let Kirkburn know on his Central Wikia blog post, though.  LobStoR name  talk  contribs  14:37, December 15, 2009 (UTC)
Yup, I did after posting here. I left my blog page in its messed up state so he can take a look at it. I'll fix it up after that.DLanyon 15:30, December 15, 2009 (UTC)

My problem with the rich text editor was fixed after making modifications to a browser add-on I had. --HybridDragoness 21:08, January 6, 2010 (UTC)

I'm also having a few gripes with it as well... everytime I try to edit a header, the header is the almost exactly the same colour as the background. I have to stick my head less than a foot (30cm) from the monitor to be able to half see it properly. Hilighting the text does nothing to improve visibility. --HybridDragoness 10:00, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

Hi all, I have set up a test page for us to work with the RTE to provide us with a means to pool data and suggestions for improvement. Pop over to Test New RTE. --DLanyon 15:14, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

I would agree with you. Everything was better on the old rich text editor.
