So while waiting for that patch to come out, I decided to play around with the 61 skill points that the DLC4 gives me. I decided to try out an all-phasewalk/melee build... I ended up with something like

The reason why I chose Phoenix is because I was going to test this out in Jakob's Cove, and I wanted the best use of Blackout. I also used a Catalyst class mod to reduce cooldown even more.
One thing that I have noticed is when I run headfirst into a group of zombies, kill one to activate phoenix, set them all on fire, then I activate phasewalk. I ran to get the Defiler who was outside of the group, and I melee'd him, killing him instantly.
But I didn't exit phasewalk. And no matter how many times I melee'd, the mobs would die but I wouldn't exit phasewalk. I had to wait until the timer reached 0 to exit (or press F again).
While I was in phasewalk, the combination of Phoenix and Radiance managed to kill enough zombies to fill my phasewalk cooldown again before I melee'd. With this in mind, I can actually melee infinately (especially with Phase Strike at 5), so long that enough mobs die while I am in phasewalk. And then, when the timer finally runs out, I can go into phasewalk again.
I did a quick search to see if it was already on the wiki, couldn't find anything about it (I even skimmed a few talk pages on the Phasewalk ability), so I thought I would share this hilarious exploit.
Could this be a practical gameplay strategy?
