Well I was board so I started looking at the hex code for my borderlands game save and when I got to the bottom I say code that appearred to be Half-Life 2 achievements, Including descriptions, which is odd becuase I have never plated the orange box on that account.....WTF?—Preceding unsigned comment added by ISomeOneElseI (talk • contribs)
Is that even Hex?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.217.136.123 (talk • contribs)
That is never ever true. Post the complete "Hex", or this is a clear fake, that should be deleted.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.117.234.121 (talk • contribs)
I swear to god it's true. I only posted the tanslantion because the picture of all the hex would have been massive. I apperantly deleted the game save with this bug, and I know since I don't have the file no one is going to believe it, but it happened. I only screen capped the achievements you could for sure tell were from half life 2. Like I said, I no that no one is going to believe it, but IT HAPPENED. what would be the point of faking this? and btw, gearbox helped in the production of the first half-life game so :P—Preceding unsigned comment added by ISomeOneElseI (talk • contribs)
- and a damn fine mission pack it was so i am moving this to the forums for further study and possible corroboration. Dr. F 19:20, June 13, 2010 (UTC)
That's an odd image. The text translation is only 40-bits wide instead of the more common formats like 16, 32, 64. I don't think it's a from a BL Save File. More likely the wrong file was opened. Here's what the 'bottom' of typical BL Save Files looks like in a Hex Editor. -- MeMadeIt 20:19, June 13, 2010 (UTC)
The reason its 40-bits wide is because there is a button to expand it to fit the entire screen. since I have a wide screen it fits it to 40-bits. Idk why.......—Preceding unsigned comment added by ISomeOneElseI (talk • contribs) 03:45, 18 June 2010
